We primarily fabricate systems with components below 3mm in size and have built devices with components smaller than 1mm.
We also design assembly, alignment and bonding fixtures necessary for fastener free systems.
Most system we build require active alignment where signals are monitored during alignment to produce precision, efficient product.

medical devices, fluorescent spectrometers, endoscopic imaging.
Many of our systems originally built as prototypes or proof-of-concepts have moved into production based on our design and assembly techniques.
